AML3D appoints new Chief Financial Officer, Hamish McEwin

AML3D Limited (ASX: AL3) (“AML3D” or “the Company”) is pleased to announce the announcement of Hamish McEwin as Chief Financial Officer (CFO).

The appointment of Mr McEwin, who has over 25 years of experience within accounting, finance and senior management roles, is a key step in the development of AML3D’s senior leadership team in accordance with the Company’s growth strategy.

A Chartered Accountant, Mr McEwin is an experienced CFO with relevant industry and ASX experience. His most recent role was as CFO at ASX-listed manufacturing company Legend Corporation Limited. Prior to his 12 years at Legend Corporation, Mr McEwin held positions as Senior Manager Audit and Assurance Services at Grant Thornton and Associate Director Audit and Corporate Advisory at Hayes Knight.

Mr McEwin brings extensive business knowledge gained through executive management and external advisor roles across public, listed and private companies and not-for-profit organisations across a range of industries including manufacturing, import/export, distribution, construction and mining.

The Company’s former CFO, Ben Hodgson, is transitioning into a newly formed Commercial Manager role supporting the Company’s business development and rapid growth.

The appointment of Hamish McEwin complements the recent inclusion of Chief Operating Officer (COO) Mr Karsten Bartnicki on the leadership team. Mr Bartnicki brings senior experience including managing teams and projects across Europe, China, Canada and Australia in engineering and manufacturing industries.
