AML3D Limited announced it will establish a Research and Development (R&D) facility at the state-of-the-art ‘Factory of the Future’ under development by Flinders University and BAE Systems Maritime Australia at the Tonsley Innovation District in Adelaide.
AML3D and Austal Australia receives a formal verification statement for a maritime product from DNV, an independent expert in risk management and quality assurance. Accreditation shows that AML3D’s ‘WAM®’ process meets requirements for naval and commercial vessels and provides a pathway for a large range of components to be made using this technology.
